Before

To allow your body to receive the maximum results, and get a good sweat while using the sauna, drinking extra water is essential.  Most of us struggle to drink enough water on a daily basis, try and hydrate before, during and after your sauna experience.

CLOTHING

Check In

Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to change your clothes and get comfortable with the controls in the sauna.  Lightweight clothing, swimsuits or fully undressed are all ok.  We do provide complimentary towel service for your sauna experience.

The Sweat

During

The amazing benefits of saunas are due to a combination of physiological effects. Inducing sweating, relieving pain, enhancing the flexibility of tendons and ligaments as well as the death of weaker cells just to name a few. Don’t be surprised if it takes a multiple sessions to acclimate your skin. This means that eventually, you will achieve sweat quicker, in more places and the amount of sweat will increase overall.

Recover

After

After a sauna session, your body temperature may remain elevated for up to 15 minutes.  Let your body cool down naturally, this is the perfect time to enjoy a cold towel and rehydrate.
