About Us
Our goals at Seal Beach Body Contouring & Wellness Spa are to provide a relaxing atmosphere that inspires positive energy and makes you feel better about who you are and the body you naturally have. We partner with our clients to create customized wellness treatments. We provide EMS body contouring and infrared sauna therapy to build and tone muscle as well as burn fat.
About the Owner
Shelley is a local Seal Beach resident and mother of three young kids. After teaching science for 10 years, she decided to start her own business. She is motivated by a desire to find balance in physical and mental wellness. Many of us live very busy lifestyles and forget to take those small moments for ourselves.
